What we collect
This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, third-party analytics, embedded fonts from external providers or any other client-side tracking. We host fonts and images locally and do not load resources from third-party CDNs.
If you switch the site language using the language buttons in the header, your choice is stored in your browser's sessionStorage for the duration of the current tab only. The entry is automatically deleted when you close the browser tab and is never transmitted to us or to third parties. No consent banner is required because no persistent identifier is set and no profiling takes place.
Server log files
The web server logs technical information for each request — date and time, HTTP method, requested URL, response status, user agent and the requesting IP address. These logs are kept for a maximum of 14 days for security and operational purposes (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in operating a secure service) and are not shared with third parties.
E-mail communication
If you e-mail us directly, we process your address and message for the purpose of communication (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR). Mail is hosted on Microsoft 365 in the European Union (data residency: EU).
Your rights (Art. 15-22 GDPR / § 21-28 zákona 18/2018 Z. z.)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your personal data, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. Complaints can be filed with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov, www.dataprotection.gov.sk) or with the data protection authority of your residence.
